Sober Minded Collective

The Sober Minded Collective is a faith-based community for Christian women in two seasons: actively pursuing sobriety, or already sober and stepping into God-given purpose.

This is not a support group. This is a training ground. You will be challenged, equipped, and held accountable to the woman God called you to be.

Inside the collective you get weekly live group sessions which include coaching around sobriety, purpose, faith and much more. Along side a curriculum built around identity in Christ, and a community of women who do not play small.

Sobriety is the door. Purpose is what's on the other side. We build both here.

Ready to find out what's REALLY holding you back?

Start with Close the Loop 7 Day Reset.

This is a great place to start if you keep stopping and starting, you don't have a willpower problem. You have an unexamined pattern problem. The Close the Loop 7-Day Reset was built to show you exactly where your freedom breaks down and why.

In 7 days you will name the gap, identify the lie you keep believing, uncover the emotional residue driving your choices, and begin rewriting the story you've been living.

Most women who finish the reset realize they don't just want a week of clarity. They want a new normal. That's when they step into the Sober Minded Collective.

$7. No excuses.

Who is Chrystal Potter

Christian wife, life coach, and sobriety mentor with 7+ years sober and over 10 years in mentorship and coaching.

My heart behind everything I build is simple: I want to be what I needed for other women in different seasons of life. Through sobriety, walking with Christ, and just being a woman who knows she is meant to make an impact.

The core of what I teach is being sober-minded — which means having the mind of Christ and not being chained to anything. Truly free in Him.

I am not a recovery counselor. I am a woman who has walked this road and come out on the other side with tools, freedom and an assignment from the Lord. I coach from that place, and through that and God's grace I've been able to help hundreds of women not only break free, but move on to make an impact in other people's lives too.

My work is for the woman who:

  • Has already proven she can be sober… but keeps reopening the same cycle

  • Is tired of starting over and knows something deeper has to change

  • Realizes this isn’t just about alcohol, it’s about identity, discipline, and how she responds to life

  • Is done negotiating with old habits, emotional triggers, and self-sabotage

  • Wants to stop relying on motivation and finally become consistent

  • Is ready to be challenged, not coddled because she has a kingdom mission to fulfill

My work is not for you if you're the woman who:

  • Is still blaming her circumstances, her past, or other people for why she keeps going back

  • Wants quick fixes, surface-level motivation, or another “reset” without real change

  • Is more committed to comfort than she is to growth

  • Isn’t willing to be honest about her patterns, triggers, and choices

  • Wants to stay in cycles of shame, avoidance, or emotional reactivity

  • Is looking for a place to vent instead of a place to be challenged

A note before you join:

If you are physically dependent on alcohol and experience withdrawal symptoms when you stop drinking, please seek medical attention or enter a treatment program before joining. Physical dependency is serious and requires professional medical care first. Once you have completed treatment and are ready to do the deeper identity work, we will be here.

Here at Anchor & Elevate we can only work with women who are ready to change now. We work with high achievers who already believe they are made for more but just need the support, the structure, and the accountability to get there.

If that is you, you are exactly where you need to be.
